“Paulo was such a friendly captain! This was our first time to Lake Como and he was very knowledgeable about the history and villas. He is well spoken in English. “Purchaser Beaware! Our experience from start to finish. To begin, 12 people show up for the 4 hour excursion. There are 2 boats. One as pictured in excursion description and second boat was small maybe all of 17 feet long with no shade canopy to keep from sun for 4 hours. They then proceed to place 5 people on larger boat and stuffed 7 people on the small boat. My husband and I were part of the 7 placed on small boat. Everyone was so cramped and uncomfortable from seating to leg and foot room. Upon boarding they immediately want you to fill out and sign paperwork basically assuring you…”
