On getting to Pompei our guide massimo was great leading us around expertly and giving us as much information as was possible in the time. Please be warned that Pompei is such a big area that you always leave feeling that you have only scratched the surface this was our second trip of the week and i would expect that we probably saw a maximum of 30%.
