“Shocking service. Booked this for my wife but she was late arriving in Doha so was booked on another flight arriving 1 hour later. Tried calling but the number on the booking was not 24 hours. Went through Viator as well and they tried to contact them. Eventually when I got through on the number provided I was informed that this was only manned from 5am!! My wifes original flight was scheduled at 05:50 and they told me it was too late to change the booking and had nobody available to meet her off her rescheduled flight. Contacted Viator back for refund and still waiting for a reply.”

The food was pretty gross and the transport from the pier to the boat took a very long time and even longer getting off the boat. I don’t think this is the fault of the activity though, just very poor communication. The snorkeling was fun but you don’t see any coral or anything, there are some small fish which are pretty.”
