“Shocking service. Booked this for my wife but she was late arriving in Doha so was booked on another flight arriving 1 hour later. Tried calling but the number on the booking was not 24 hours. Went through Viator as well and they tried to contact them. Eventually when I got through on the number provided I was informed that this was only manned from 5am!! My wifes original flight was scheduled at 05:50 and they told me it was too late to change the booking and had nobody available to meet her off her rescheduled flight. Contacted Viator back for refund and still waiting for a reply.”

“It was fun and the hosts were very nice and really tried to hype everyone up. The food was pretty gross and the transport from the pier to the boat took a very long time and even longer getting off the boat. I don’t think this is the fault of the activity though, just very poor communication. The snorkeling was fun but you don’t see any coral or anything, there are some small fish which are pretty.”

“Incredible tour! Our early morning transfer (very nice car) waited for us at our hotel and took us to the pier, where light snack breakfast was served. We headed to the speedboat and met Harry our guide. Throughout the day we headed to various locations around the bay, starting off with a beach cave where Harry out many interesting features of the nature and was super helpful and happily took amazing photos of everyone. We then headed to James Bond Island, beating the crowds due to the early start time. Afterward we contributed on to a sea-canoe adventure at Hong Island, and got some beach time at a tiny island…”

“The weather was extremely bad and the crew knew that beforehand. We were not allowed to cancel the tour despite the weather warning. As soon as we boarded the boat, we were quickly cast off and told that it was very windy and that we would not be able to sail to certain destinations on the tour. There we were, trapped on the boat for 8 hours in wind gusts of 57km/h and total swell. The tour was a disaster, a real rip-off! At least the DJ was good, playing the Titanic song to match the situation.”
