“We just got back from the trip and it was amazing! Mohamed, our guide, was wonderful!! He has taken care of all of us ,especially of our kids. He did an extra stop to see the monkeys again because of them. The desert entire experience was awesome, the camel ride, sleep in a haima...We just wish we had time for sandboarding. One thing that could be improved would be a TV on the bus, because the way there is so long, and hot water in shower in thr camp.”

“Meet the others at the Bus office the easy and comfortable drive to Sapa with 2 stop over along the highway. The mountainous road to Sapa are amazing with tarrace rice fields. Arrive Sapa for the lunch at the restaurant of Panorama Hotel at 5 floor was panoramic view of the new visitors like us. We love to have meals in there all the time. Hotel at good location for the best trekking around the town. We love it. The group to join in 2 days was big enough to make friend with each others. Bus back Hanoi at 9:45pm is good time for a rest for next travel plan.…”

“The camel ride from Fez was memorable, and the drive to Marrakech with a kind, helpful driver was pleasant. The staff serving meals were friendly, though their English was limited. However, several issues affected the stay: dinner did not include water and required separate purchase, the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, and the air conditioning didn’t work all night. Unexpected power outage before dinner allowed us to enjoy the stars, but overall guidance felt unclear—our group of five didn’t have consistent communication or a visible guide after check-in. More fluent English-speaking staff and better maintenance would greatly improve the experience.”

“Nice tour if you want to experience Sapa but have limited time like we did. Everything was arranged well. Hotel Sapa Vista was good and food was good. Tour and guide was good. We especially liked the second day with trekking through 3 villages and rice fields even though the rice fields were a bit empty, due to the season, still very beautiful. Cat Cat was a bit dissapointing as it feels like it is build for tourists. It looked nice, just not authentic. Nice to breath in the fresh air in this beautiful region.”
