I saw previous negative comments about the transportation, but my group didn't have any issues. In fact, we arrived a lot earlier than we expected, and they got us taken care of quickly, without issue. Also, in regard to the comments about the driver speeding, the vehicle speedometer is in kilometers per hour, so going 100, is only around 62 mph. Bottom line, my entire group loved it and will do again if we return to Costa Maya.”

“I booked with them and I arrived and didn’t have my luxury Transportation for my birthday. I was very upset! I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer the phone. I had another guy call for me to help me and he was able to get someone. They sent me a van which I wasn’t happy about. They should have refunded me for the suv but Instead refunded the difference for the van. Good customer should have refunded me the total charge. I’m a travel agent and I will not book with them again.”
