I had another guy call for me to help me and he was able to get someone. They sent me a van which I wasn’t happy about. “This was hands down the worst transportation experience I have ever had. We booked a mini bus, but they showed up in a tiny MINI car. Review of Alux Transfers’ private luxury ride from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen, covering comfort, pickup, drinks, timing, value, and drawbacks.
“My experience with Alux transportation couldn't have gone any smoother. I booked the luxury Escalade as a surprise for my sister's 40th birthday. After booking through Viator, the company kept in steady contact with me through Whats App all the way to the date of our arrival. Our Driver, José Madrigal, was THE BEST and very accommodating. He walked us to our luxury vehicle and offered us cold towels and beverages, which we took full advantage of! I will Definitely book with them again, no question!”
