“Our host was Marcelo, who was extremely responsive. As this was our first trip to Cancun, as soon as our flight landed, I received a text. He stayed in touch with me until he escorted us to our driver Darwin. Darwin was professional, kind and our service was exceptional!!! My husband and I were met with hand sanitizer, a cool towel, a mint and a cold bottle of water! The customer service by both gentlemen was impressive!!! Thank you for such a coordinated ride! We are so grateful for your hospitality and kindness!”

“I booked with them and I arrived and didn’t have my luxury Transportation for my birthday. I was very upset! I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer the phone. I had another guy call for me to help me and he was able to get someone. They sent me a van which I wasn’t happy about. They should have refunded me for the suv but Instead refunded the difference for the van. Good customer should have refunded me the total charge. I’m a travel agent and I will not book with them again.”

Review of private luxury airport transfer from Cancun to Playa del Carmen, with pricing, pickup tips, comfort, reliability, and booking advice.
“The ride was clean and quick. It was nice having a private ride. He stopped so we could buy some beer for the ride. I was a little disappointed in the "luxury " aspect. I was expecting a nice SUV like the pictured showed, not a passenger van.”
Review of private Cancun Airport to Tulum luxury transfers, including vehicle size, pickup details, timing, value, safety concerns, and booking tips.
“This was hands down the worst transportation experience I have ever had. We booked a mini bus, but they showed up in a tiny MINI car. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, and this was beyond unacceptable. At 11 PM, we stood outside in Cancún for 45 minutes waiting for them to finally arrive in the same tiny car we never booked.”
Review of Alux Transfers’ private luxury ride from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen, covering comfort, pickup, drinks, timing, value, and drawbacks.
“My experience with Alux transportation couldn't have gone any smoother. I booked the luxury Escalade as a surprise for my sister's 40th birthday. After booking through Viator, the company kept in steady contact with me through Whats App all the way to the date of our arrival. Our Driver, José Madrigal, was THE BEST and very accommodating. He walked us to our luxury vehicle and offered us cold towels and beverages, which we took full advantage of! I will Definitely book with them again, no question!”
